Making Connections with Ageless Grace

One of my Ageless Grace students always brought her Dad to class. He would light up and move more whenever we played his favorite music. The connection his mind, body, and spirit made to the music was inspiring. There came a time that the two of them could not make it to class. I created these so that they could continue their connection from home.

Music is a powerful tool especially when it is combined with movement. I like to play all kinds of music that my students enjoy as well as new music they have never heard.
